FESTIVAL TIPS

 We have 1200 free parking places on the campus (All lots and street parking is allowed). We have 800 more parking options around the area. Please go to https://affordableartsfestival.com/parking for info. If you have to park a distance away, you can leave your purchases with our golf cart crew at the exit and go bring your vehicle in closer and they will drive the cart to your vehicle. Avoid parking issues altogether by taking Uber or Lyft to the festival.

To avoid finding parking, you might consider using Uber or Lyft for drop off and pick up.

The number one asked question - Are dogs allowed? The answer is no. The crowds can be quite large and people are sometimes walking very quickly and may be focused on their next purchase and not see your dog.

For the best deals get there early. The line usually starts forming 2-3 hours before opening. We will have music to entertain you and a coffee cart while you wait. If you don't come early, there are still thousands of deals that are available all day. PLUS at 11 o'clock you will hear the airhorn go off and many artists will have fresh deals that haven't been out yet. Look for the small bright green flags in the booths of the artists who have the 11AM deals!

To expedite your shopping feel free to leave your purchases with the artists to pick up later.  Use the map on your program to mark which booths you need to return so as to pick up your purchases. Also, we will have a team of golf carts with drivers waiting at the exit to help you get to your vehicle.

Cash  is faster than using a credit card or check. This will help get you moving to the next booth quickly! We have two ATMs in the festival in case you need more shopping money!

This festival is a lot of fun and you'll be amazed at the treasures you will find that you can afford! Have fun, take time to enjoy our food trucks (and ice cream) and know that your attendance is helping fund scholarships at Arapahoe Community College.
